Loor Connect, founded by Tai Perez in 2016 in São Paulo, Brazil, originated from Tai’s experience as a booker manager at one of the world’s largest management agencies. While working in the events and music industry, Tai encountered the challenge of promoting talented artists without a solid online presence. This inspired her to pursue marketing and become an expert in the field.

Initially, Loor Connect focused on providing high-quality marketing services to the music industry. Within a year, the company had signed contracts with major labels such as Universal Music, Sony Music, and Spinning Records, successfully helping artists improve their online positioning and reach a wider audience.

Following this success, Loor Connect was invited to collaborate on an effective marketing campaign for the fashion sector in 2018. The campaign successfully established the company’s name in the industry.

Since then, Loor Connect has expanded its operations to multiple industries worldwide, undertaking significant projects and collaborating with leading agencies, brands, and government organizations. Tai’s vision to specialize the team not only in marketing but also in business development has enabled Loor Connect to support businesses from strategy to research and development.

Today, Loor Connect has expanded its operations to Dubai while maintaining a support office in São Paulo. The company continues to work driven by its commitment to delivering high-quality services and contributing to its client’s success.

Tai Perez, CEO and Founder of Loor_Connect, is an accomplished marketing and business development expert with diverse experience across multiple industries. In 2016, she established Loor_Connect with the purpose of supporting businesses in connecting with world-class services and delivering high-quality projects with ease.

Tai’s remarkable career includes several notable achievements, such as her role as Head of Marketing at Dubai Silicon Oasis, also known as the Silicon Valley of Dubai, where she played a pivotal role in supporting its growth and development into a leading technology hub. Prior to that, Tai held senior positions at prestigious companies such as McKinsey & CO, Facebook, and Google, where she honed her expertise in marketing and business development.
